The Vintage Scent Co. ships worldwide. Each item costs an average 2.50 € to ship, so the shipping cost at checkout is this amount multiplied by the number of items in the cart.
In order to maintain the shipping cost low, the orders are wrapped mostly without its original paper card and wrapped with several layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a small envelope. This method is safe, but can be damaged throughout the distribution chain. I have shipped more than a thousand orders and a very few number (half a dozen maybe) have been lost or destroyed. If you want a more strong package, tell me and I'll send the items in a card box for an additional fee, depending on the total weight and final destination.
In order to improve the customer service, I've decided to ship ALL packages with a tracking number. This will cost me a little extra, but it's worth it, since it will provide me and the customer with valuable information about the package status the moment I ship it until it reaches its destination.
After paying for you order, you will be given an order number. With this information, you can see its details, like the date it shipped and next to the date a tracking number that you can check in the CTT courier page here.
You may return some unused items purchased at The Vintage Scent Co. within 15 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or not what was ordered. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 5.00 €.
